Jason was really helpful. Took about a week to schedule a repair, but it was worth the wait. I received a cheaper quote from a body shop, but it would have taken two days, and the extra cost was worth it in terms of the speed of the repair, the amount of correspondence, and the convenience of him actually coming to my work! I didn't need to drop it off at a body shop,
I didn't need to hand over my car to someone else, I didn't need to drive somewhere, and I had someone to answer my questions and I knew the person performing the work (not just some shop manager). The repair looks great and Jason worked with me to bill the person responsible for the damage.
Jason was flexible and responsive, if a bit overworked and pulled in a few directions. I didn't have to get it re-painted, the dents were fixed, the prices were competitive (considering his flexibility and the convenience), and he was friendly and nice. Overall, I'm impressed with the service and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have used Jason in the past and was very happy to find he was still providing his services. It is hard to believe that he can fix dents and scratches as well as he does but seeing is believing. I have used him twice and have referred him to friends and family always with excellent results. This most recent time he fixed a spot on my new Pearl White Avalon where I scrapped a curb. Pearl White is difficult to blend but my car looks as good as new again! Superior service, fair prices, and a genuinely nice guy.

I hired Jason with Dent Medics to come by the house and do some bumper repair for my 2012 Honda Civic. I was referred to him by Tony the dent guy, (another stand up guy.) Tony said Jason's the guy to go to for bumper repair so I called Jason to see if he would be interested in taking on the job.
The first time I called he answered his phone (big plus these days.) He asked that I text him a few detailed photos of the damage and got right back to me with a quote. The price was about what I was expecting to pay so that was good.
We set up a time to get together for the following week and he showed up on time, looked professional, had all the equipment needed to complete the job (which I learned was quite a bit of equipment). I had to leave before he was done because I had a Dr's appt to go to. I felt totally confident leaving my keys with him while I was gone. It took him about two hours to complete the job.
When I got home I was eager to see the finished product and I almost couldn't believe my eyes. It looked perfect, better than before lol. I attached some pics of before and after so you can see yourself.
The paint match was spot on. Super good dude. If you have some damage, call him up. You won't be disappointed. I'll def be doing business w him again, I wonder if he has a tool that can remove the shopping cart magnet from my car haha.. appreciate it jason.

Dent Medics is a great company. Jason came out and personally handled the damage on my car. He quoted me a price range based on a photo, and the cost was within that range. Also, he was on time and done sooner than he expected. My baby looks brand new again, thanks to Jason and Dent Medics. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed!!

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but this time I can't help myself. Dent Medics did a bumper repair for me a few years ago and did a great job. When our other car developed a couple of small door dents, I had planned to call Jason.
However a guy came by our office soliciting dent repair business so as a matter of expedience I had him do the job. Big mistake, as this butcher did a terrible job. He didn't remove the dents, if anything made them worse, and did an unnecessary and amateur paint job.
He also promised to return in order to smooth out the work, but of course was never heard from again.
In disgust, I contacted Jason. He completely undid the damage done by the clown, removed the dents, and repainted the door. It looks as close to new and perfect as one could hope without spending a fortune at a top end body shop.
Two things to say about Jason. First of all, the man is an artist. He really takes great pride in what he does, under-promises, and over-delivers. The second thing is that he is the consummate business professional, treating his customers the way he would like to be treated himself. He's honest and straight-forward, and very fair. He also went out of his way to work with me outside of his normal service area.
Really, I can't say enough. Jason runs his business the way I run my own, and that's all you can ask for.

The owner Jason performs amazing repairs of my van and my car years ago and there were never any follow-on rust or other visible damages to the paint on the repaired area.
He came to my work place and did the repair in the garage both times exactly on time and the rate he charged was very reasonable.
I somehow lost his number and went to a place on Convoy a few years back. The higher price could be explained by the elapsed time in between, but the quality of the work was no match for Dent Medics. I hope that place has improved and the owners no longer focus just on expanding their franchise business but more on the quality of the repair jobs they do.
Now I have a new dent and I found his number, I'll go back to Jason without doubt.

Some jerk dented my car door in the airport parking lot while I was on vacation. Jason came out and worked his magic, and I can't even remember exactly where the dent was any more. I am a very happy girl! Added bonus: On a whim, I asked him if he can remove dents from stainless steel appliances. Most weren't worth his effort, but he was able to get the two-inch+, ugly dent in my dishwasher door out without a problem.
It looks AMAZING, and it was way cheaper than replacing the entire front panel. I will be recommending Dent Medics to everybody I know. I hope I don't need dent removal services again, but if I do I know who I'm calling.
